After breakfast you will be heading to Sigiriya, and on the way you will be visiting renowned places in Habarana.
Dambulla cave temple is the largest and best preserved temple in Sri Lanka. There are 157 Buddha statues in different sizes and attitudes. Visitors can have a blend experience of nature, history and religious place at Ridee Viharaya, which was built by King Dutugemunu.

Hiking of Sigiriaya rock takes approximately 1 hour each way. It’s about 1200 steps to reach the peak where you will be experiencing a majesty as one of the Sri Lanka’s UNESCO world heritage sites.
Hiriwadunna tracking provides you a chance to explore a country side of Sri Lanka by engaging in a boat ride in a reservoir, bullock cart ride alongside the paddy fields and traditional lunch at a village house. Katusu Konda is one of a summit in Hanthana mountain range, and it has named such because of the similar shape of the back of the lizard.

Adam’s Peak is a popular destination among the tourist for its festinating scenery of the surrounded landscape including vegetated hills, rivers and waterfalls. The huge footprint which is situated at the peak believed to be Lord Buddha in Buddhist tradition, Sri Rama’s according to Hindu mythology and prophet Adam’s Christian and Islamic believes.

The process of mining begins after diggings shaft downward until the illama (The Gem containing section of the earth) was reached. Feeder tunnels extended in many directions and then the shaft and tunnels were carefully supported by wood and bamboo timbers. Afterwards, the miners dug along the tunnels and load the gravels into sacks, and then climbed to the surface with their loads.
